Ingredients:
- minced meat – 1 kg;
- rye bread – 100 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- raw potatoes – 1 pc;
- egg – 1 pc;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- black pepper – ⅓ tsp;
- mixed pepper – a pinch;
- red paprika – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Pour the rye bread with milk and leave to swell. At this time, cut small pieces of onion and peeled potatoes, put through a meat grinder
