Ingredients:
- Pollock – 3 pcs;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Salted cucumbers – 3 pieces;
- Sour cream – 4 tbsp;
- Flour – 4 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil;
- Boiling water – 200 ml;
- Fish seasoning – 1 tsp;
- Paprika – 1/2 tsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Black pepper – a pinch;
- Water – 70 ml.
Cooking stewed pollock:
Cut the pollock cleaned from the insides, fins and heads. In a cellophane bag pour flour, seasoning for fish, paprika, salt and black pepper.
Cut the fish into small pieces and put in a bag with flour, seal and mix thoroughly

In a skillet in vegetable oil, fry pollock on both sides until golden.
Chop the onion finely and fry until soft in a separate pan in vegetable oil. Chop the pickles finely and add to the onions.
Salt the mixture, pour in a little water and stew under a lid for 5 minutes. Pour a little salt into the sour cream, pour in 70 ml of water and stir. Pour the sour cream mixture to the onions and cucumbers
. Put the fish in the sauce, cover with a lid and stew for 15 minutes.
You get tender and juicy pollock in onion sauce.
