Cut onions into small cubes, cut tomatoes into large cubes. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions until lightly golden, add minced meat to it.
Fry minced meat and onions over medium heat,
add
salt, paprika and oregano to the ingredients. Press the garlic clove through the press and add it to the mince, stir.
Add tomato paste to the mince and stew for about 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes to the mince, stir and fry for 3 minutes.

Pour a little water into the mince and cook the mixture for a couple of minutes on medium heat. Next, melt butter in a saucepan, add flour,
