Ingredients:
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Flour – 260 g;
- Baking powder – 10 g;
- Sugar – 160 g;
- Salt – 1/3 tsp;
- Kefir – 8 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 8 tbsp;
- Berries – 300 g.
Preparation of berry pie:
In a bowl with eggs pour classic and vanilla sugar, salt and mix thoroughly until the grains of sand dissolve.
Pour
in kefir and vegetable oil, mix again.
Pour 240 grams of flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead a thick dough without lumps. Mix the berries with a spoonful of flour, pour into the dough, combine the ingredients. Pour
the dough into a mold covered with parchment. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
The result is an excellent flavorful pie. After cooking, we recommend sprinkling it with powdered sugar.
