- lemon juice – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 20 g.

Clean the apples from the peel and seed pods, rub them on large sharps grater. Put the apple mass in a frying pan, pour lemon juice and cook under a lid for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Then pour sugar into the apple mass, put butter and stir. Without a lid, fry apples for 3 minutes on medium heat.
