Let’s tell you about how to prepare a simple dinner from bell peppers.

Ingredients for stuffed peppers:

  • minced meat;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper;
  • onion;
  • carrots;
  • rice;
  • bell peppers;
  • tomato paste.

Preparation of stuffed peppers:

Combine minced meat with salt and ground black pepper. Cut onions into small cubes, fry until soft in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
