Ingredients for diet dessert:
- milk – 200 ml;
- gelatin – 20 g;
- 5% cottage cheese – 500 g.
Preparation of diet dessert:
In a saucepan mix gelatin with milk, heat until hot.
Pour the hot milk with dissolved gelatin to the cottage cheese and whisk again until homogeneous.
Pour the curd mixture into silicone molds.
Leave the cottage cheese dessert in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until solidified.
You can add sweetener to the curd. Decorate the dessert with coconut shavings or cocoa.
