Ingredients for the sponge cake:
- Butter – 100 g;
- Sugar – 180 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Orange zest;
- Flour – 250 g;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sour cream – 100 g;
- Orange juice – 60 ml;
- Chocolate drops – 60 g.
Ingredients for the ganache:
- Dark chocolate – 80 g;
- Powdered sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Cream – 100 g;
- Butter – 25 g.
Preparation of the orange muffin:
Rub thoroughly the butter with sugar, and then add eggs and beat the components together with a mixer. Pour orange zest into the homogeneous mixture and mix thoroughly.
Pour 100 grams of flour, salt and baking powder into the mixture and mix.
Pour
the sour cream into the mixture, stir and then pour in the orange juice.
Pour the rest of the flour into the mixture and knead a thick dough, add the chocolate drops to it. Place the dough in a parchment-lined mold and bake at 170 degrees for 1 hour.
For the ganache, grate the chocolate, mix it with powdered sugar and pour hot cream over it.
