Ingredients of the dough for pies with mushrooms and cabbage:

  • Flour – 800 g;

  • Salt – 1 tsp;
  • Sugar – 2 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

  • Mushrooms – 300 g;
  • Young cabbage – 200 g;
  • Lemon juice – tbsp;
  • Salt – 25 g;
  • Onion – 1 pc;
  • Italian herbs – 1 tsp;
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Preparation of pies with mushrooms and cabbage:

In a bowl crush a piece of yeast, pour warm milk and stir. Pour salt and sugar into the milk with yeast, break an egg, mix the components.

Gradually pour vegetable oil into the dough and continue kneading for about 3 minutes. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it warm for 40 minutes.
