Ingredients for eggplant salad:
- Eggplant – pcs;
- Tomato – pcs;
- Walnuts – 30 g;
- Vegetable oil – tsp;
- Soy sauce – tsp;
- Lemon juice – tsp.
Preparation of eggplant salad:
Remove the stalk from the eggplants and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the eggplant pieces for a couple of minutes.
Cut a small dice of tomato, lightly chop walnuts into crumbs
