A simple recipe for very tasty and juicy fish. It takes about 20 minutes to cook, serve hot, although it is also very tasty when cold, so you can serve as a cold appetizer.
To prepare you will need the following ingredients:
- pollock or other fish, 1 pc;
- lemon juice;
- salt, pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil, 60 ml;
- 9% vinegar, 1 tsp;
- spices to taste.
Cooking process
Spices for fish you can take any spices to your taste.
Clean the rubes from everything unnecessary, separate from the bones and cut into portioned pieces.
Water the fillets with lemon juice, spray with vegetable oil and sprinkle with various seasonings for fish, salt and pepper.
Add vinegar and stir

Leave to marinate for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the marinade from the fish into a
frying
pan, heat it up.
Fry the fish on low heat until golden.
Tip: do not fry too much, the dish will lose its juiciness and will be dried out.
When serving, you can sprinkle with chopped dill and green onions. Sour cream and mustard sauce goes well with fish, you can add a garlic clove and dill.
