Ingredients of the dough for apple pie:
- butter – 180 g;
- flour – 300 g;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- powdered sugar – 50 g;

- apples – 6 pcs;
- lemon juice;
- butter – 120 g;
- powdered sugar – 150 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- cottage cheese – 500 g;
- cream 30% – 200 ml;
- vanilla – 1/4 tsp.
Preparation of apple pie:
Mix in a deep bowl flour with baking powder, powdered sugar and salt. Add butter and eggs to the dough, knead an elastic and slightly sticky dough.
Wrap the dough in food wrap, leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
