Ingredients for fried chicken breast:
- sour cream – 100 g;
- egg – pcs;
- mustard – tsp;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- ground black pepper – ⅓ tsp;
- paprika – tsp;
- coriander – tsp;
- chicken breast – 800 g;
- soy sauce – 2 tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 30 ml;
- flour – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of fried chicken breast:
Garlic cloves need to be chopped on small sharps of grater. In the sour cream we put the chopped garlic, egg, mustard, salt, ground black pepper, paprika and coriander. The ingredients should be thoroughly mixed.
Chicken breast should be cut lengthwise, the thickness of each piece not more than cm. Then cut the pieces crosswise, put them in a deep bowl and pour sour cream sauce.
Pour soy sauce into the mixture of chicken and sour cream mass, stir and cover with food film. The meat should marinate in the refrigerator for a couple hours.
In a frying pan heat vegetable oil, mix the chicken meat with flour.
In the hot oil, we place the pieces. Fry the breast on medium heat until golden crust on both sides.
When frying the second side, you can cover the pan with a lid.
