Most people around the world know how to cook cutlets. It is quite simple, yet tasty and hearty dish. However, ordinary cutlets have already become a mauvais in the world of cooking. Therefore, cooks and ordinary housewives prefer to invent their own recipes for unusual cutlets.
Now cutlets with potatoes, oat flour and cereal, on soy meat have become famous. We want to suggest cooking cutlets with zucchini. In season, this vegetable is excellent for combining with meat.
Ingredients for cutlets with zucchini:
- Zucchini – 400 g;
- Chicken stuffing – 500 g;
- Onion – pcs.;
- Egg – pcs;
- Salt – tsp;
- Ground black pepper – ¼ tsp;
- Garlic – clove;
- Dill – bundle;
- Parsley – 20 g;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- semolina – 3 tablespoons;
- Hot water – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of cutlets with zucchini:
Chop zucchini, garlic and onion on a coarse grater, chop dill and parsley with a knife. In a bowl combine chopped vegetables and herbs, add minced meat, break an egg. Pour
salt and ground black pepper into the general mixture, pour sour cream, mix the ingredients thoroughly until homogeneous

Pour semolina into the mixture, stir the mixture for cutlets.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, use a tablespoon to spread the mixture. On medium heat fry the cutlets on both sides under a lid until golden crust.
Put all fried cutlets on a dry pan, pour water on them. Under a lid on low heat stew the cutlets for a couple of minutes.
You get soft and tender cutlets with the addition of zucchini. They can be served with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
