Sausage was one of the ways to preserve meat products for a long time. It is mentioned in the chronicles of Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, Babylon and other civilizations.
In Ancient Rome, sausage was a popular dish often served at feasts. In the Middle Ages in Europe, new types of sausages appeared, such as salami, cervelat and others. The product became an integral part of people’s diet.
Now you can make a lot of interesting dishes from sausage. For example, cook a flatbread with sausage.

Shred the dill and green onions into the dough, add and mix again. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place a couple of spoonfuls of dough on the surface and spread it on the bottom.

Fry the flatbread under a lid on a lower than medium heat until golden. Using a flat plate, flip the flatbread to the other side and fry similarly.
