Ingredients for hot sandwiches:
- Baton;
- Stuffing – 250 g;
- Dill – a bundle;
- Green onion – a bunch;
- Egg – 2 pcs;
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp;
- Flour – tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of hot sandwiches:
Cut the loaf into small slices.
Chop dill and green onions finely. Add green onions to minced meat, mix.
In a separate bowl beat eggs,

flour and sour cream, mix thoroughly.
Put minced meat on bread slices, spread an even layer

Dip the bread with minced meat in the egg mixture, put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
