They were prepared from meat, game, fish, vegetables and other ingredients. Pâtés were served on the table of nobles and common people.

Ingredients:
- baked chicken – 400 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- cheese – 100 g;
- butter – 100 g;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- salt – 200 g.
Preparation of chicken pate:
Pour salt into the baking mold, put chicken thighs on it. Bake the chicken at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove the meat from the chicken, put it in a blender. Chop
the onion finely, fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden. Put the onion to the chicken in the blender, small diced cheese.
Shred the chicken with cheese and onions until smooth. Add butter to the pâté and continue to whisk.
Transfer the pâté to a container and store in the refrigerator. If the pâté is too dry, you can add chicken stock to taste.
