  • walnuts – 50 g;
  • butter – 30 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • onion – 150 g;
  • salt – ⅓ tsp.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cut a small diced onion. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions, dry

Put peeled eggs, onions, nuts, butter, garlic, salt in a blender and whisk thoroughly to a homogeneous mass.

You can add ground black pepper to the mixture before whipping.
