Let’s tell you how to prepare a festive tuna salad
Ingredients:
- canned tuna – 100 g;
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- green onions – a bundle;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- smoked sausage cheese – 180 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of the salad:
Boil or bake potatoes, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Put the potatoes in a cooking ring, salt, pepper, slightly tamped and smeared with mayonnaise.
Put on the potato layer chopped tuna, rid of liquid. Smear the tuna layer with mayonnaise.
Shinkle green onion and put it on the fish layer, cover it with mayonnaise. Boil eggs in advance, divide them into yolks and whites. Grate the whites on a coarse grater, put them on the onion
