Khachapuri is on the menu of all Georgian restaurants. There is a myth that it can be cooked deliciously only in such establishments. This dish has become so popular outside of Georgia that the locals had to put khachapuri on the list of non-physical treasures of their homeland.

The dish will be different from what is prepared in Georgia. But, this is a way to at least indirectly approach the culture of this state. An interesting way of cooking is the recipe for lazy khachapuri.

Ingredients of lazy khachapuri:

  • Kefir – 350 ml;
  • Salt – ½ tsp;
  • Soda – 1 tsp;
  • Milk – 150 ml;
  • Eggs – 2 pcs;
  • Cheese – 250 g;
  • Flour – 250 g.

Preparation of lazy khachapuri:

Mix kefir, salt and baking soda with a whisk in one bowl.

Pour

milk into the kefir mixture, add eggs, mix thoroughly.

Grate cheese on a medium grater and send it to the common bowl, mix again.

Pour flour to the kefir mixture, stir so that there are no lumps

. Grease the frying pan with a teaspoon of vegetable oil and heat

it

up.

Spread the dough on the frying pan, distributing it in an even layer over the entire surface. Fry for about 5 minutes under a lid on low heat.

Then turn over and fry the other side in the same way.

Such khachapuri can be prepared when there is little time left. If you add herbs to them, they will turn out more flavorful.
