Soup is a dish in which all the ingredients create an overall composition. As a dish, soup appeared relatively recently. In fact, earlier people pursued the purpose of boiling vegetables for heat treatment. Also, there were no suitable utensils.
Nomadic peoples practically did not cook soup or did it on special occasions. Now there are about 150 types of soups, which have 1000 kinds and several variations.
We would like to suggest today a potato soup, which can be found in Austrian restaurants. This is an excuse to prepare and try the dish with our recipe!
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet;
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- mushrooms – 100 gr;
- butter – 30 g;
- onion – pcs;
- carrots – pcs;
- sweet pepper – pcs;
- celery;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- chili pepper – pcs;
- olive oil;
- salt;
- rosemary;
- dried parsley;
- dill.
Preparation:
To begin with, we cut a piece of chicken fillet. Send it to a pan with olive oil and 30 grams of butter. Fry the meat for 3 minutes. Chop
finely one stick of celery and add it to the fillet in the pan. Chop 100 grams of mushrooms.
Finely chop a couple of garlic cloves and one chili pepper. Put them in the pot. Saute over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and pour water. A liter and a half is required. Boil for 15 minutes with the lid closed.
Onion finely chopped and fried in a frying pan with oil. Here we also send finely chopped bell pepper. Add grated carrots. You will also need salt, dried parsley and rosemary. Cook for 7 minutes with the lid closed.
Send the billet to the soup. Cook for 20 minutes. You can also add dill. The
soup turned out amazing and very similar to the restaurant soup. Cook and surprise your loved ones.
