Now there is a large number of different useful recipes for baked chicken. You can make chicken in kefir, so the meat will turn out tender and soft. At the same time, this dish will not greatly harm the stomach and will not add extra pounds. Let’s tell you the way to cook chicken in kefir.
Ingredients for chicken in kefir:
- chicken thighs – 4 pcs;
- onions – ½ pc;
- kefir – 200 ml;
- sweet paprika – tsp;
- ground pepper;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Cooking chicken in kefir:
Rinse chicken thighs thoroughly, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Cut onions into half rings, ½ of
them
in a deep bowl.
Put 3 chicken thighs on the onion pillow and pour kefir over them. Sprinkle the thighs with the rest of the onions, put the last thigh, pour kefir
over
it.
Turn the chicken thighs over, mix with onions and kefir. Marinate the thighs in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
After marinating, remove the onions from the thighs and place in a bowl with the skin side up. Sprinkle the thighs with paprika, spreading the spices over the skin.
Pour the kefir and onions into the baking sleeve. Put the chicken thighs on top of the kefir and onions and seal the sleeve.
Place the sleeve on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
After baking cut the sleeve immediately.
You can serve the chicken with any side dish, be it potatoes, cereals or pasta.
