Ingredients for mushroom soup:

  • mushrooms – 300 g;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • potatoes – 4 pcs;
  • parsley – bundle;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • processed cheese – 200 g;
  • carrots – pcs;
  • sweet pepper – ½ pcs.

Preparation of mushroom soup:

Cut into small cubes onion, peeled bell pepper and potatoes. Carrots need to be chopped on small grater cutters, and peeled mushrooms cut into thin slices.
