Ingredients for stuffed zucchini:
- zucchini – 2 pcs;
- onion – pcs.;
- minced chicken/pork/beef – 500 g;
- butter – 50 g;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- all-purpose seasoning – a pinch;
- garlic – clove;
- dill – bundle;
- cheese – 100 g;
- mayonnaise – 70 g;
- soy sauce – tsp;
- lemon juice.
Preparation of stuffed zucchini:
Cut a small diced onion. In a skillet, heat butter and vegetable oil. Put the chopped onion in the pan.
Remove the zucchini from the stalks and cut into large pieces.
Finely chop the rest of the zucchini and put it in the pan with the onion. Add a pinch of all-purpose seasoning
to the pan. Add minced meat to the soft onions, fry, stir and knead with a spatula. At this time, cut out half of the core of the zucchini pieces with a spoon
. Chop a garlic clove and dill finely, put them in the frying pan with the fried minced meat. Grate cheese finely into the hot minced meat, mix.
