Let’s prepare a delicious and flavorful Italian pie

Ingredients for Italian pie:

  • Eggs – 3 pcs;
  • Sugar – 12 tbsp;
  • Vanilla sugar – tsp;
  • Salt – pinch;
  • Milk – 12 tbsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 12 tbsp;
  • Flour – 12 tbsp;
  • Baking powder – tsp.

Preparation of Italian pie:

In a bowl break eggs, pour vanilla and classic sugar, salt. Beat the ingredients with a mixer for 3-4 minutes, and then pour vegetable oil and milk into the mixture.

Combine flour and baking powder, sift into the egg mixture, knead a liquid dough

Pour the dough into a baking dish lined with parchment.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees in the oven for about 35 minutes.
