Ingredients:
- sprats – 180 g;
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- mushrooms – 300 g;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- carrots – 1 pc;
- green onions – a bundle;
- hard cheese – 50 g;
- mayonnaise – 70 g;
- salt – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of salad “Spratik”:
Cut mushrooms into small cubes and fry them with your favorite spices in a frying pan until the moisture evaporates. Boil eggs and potatoes and carrots beforehand.
Sprats are put in a separate bowl, get rid of oil and knead with a fork. We put the sprats on the bottom of the cooking ring, rub the boiled peeled potatoes on the fish layer.
Salt and pepper the potato layer, smear with mayonnaise

Put fried mushrooms on the potato layer, rub boiled eggs on the mushrooms.
Smear the egg layer with mayonnaise, rub carrots on it with a coarse grater
