For many people, pasta is associated with Italy, as pasta is consumed much more often in this country than in other countries. However, we know from historical accounts that the first pasta originated in China. The first pasta is about 4,000 years old and is 50 centimeters long.
Later references to pasta date back to I B.C. and are also from China. So it was the Asians who brought pasta to Europe, where the Italians had already adopted the tradition.
Nowadays, pasta can be combined with almost any dish. Besides, it is a good component for most of the viands. Even to cutlets you can add pasta.
Ingredients for cutlets:
- minced meat – 300 g;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sweet paprika – ½ tsp;
- garlic – clove;
- black pepper – a pinch;
- carrots – 1 pcs;
- pasta – 200 g;
- boiling water – 500 ml;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 20 g.
Preparation of cutlets with pasta:
Chop one onion in a blender to a state of mush, mix with minced meat. Add salt, sweet paprika, black pepper, press a clove of garlic,
mix thoroughly and beat the minced
meat.
We leave the mince to marinate for 30 minutes, and then form cutlets.
In vegetable oil, seal the cutlets on all sides. Chop finely onion and fry until golden in a frying pan with butter.
Grate carrots on a fine grater, put them to the onion, fry
.
Add pasta to the vegetables, pour water over it.
Put the cutlets to the pasta and stew under a lid for 15 minutes.
After braising, leave the dish for 5 minutes under the lid.
You can also chop the cutlets into the mincemeat with parsley.
