Ingredients:
- cabbage – half a cauliflower;

- sour cream – 5 tablespoons;

Preparation:
Half of a young cabbage cauliflower thinly chopped. Transfer the cutting into a deep salad bowl. Due to the fact that the cabbage is young, it does not need to be crumpled with hands or cut off the thick bases.
