There are many variations of salads with crab sticks, the most popular of them – with rice, corn. However, in order not to waste time on boiling cereals, you can get by with available ingredients that do not require long cooking. Also, rice is not the most useful cereal, which, in addition, quickly spoils. Our version of salad with crab sticks is very quick and easy, you will definitely be able to repeat it.
Ingredients for the salad:
- crab sticks – 4 pcs;
- egg – pcs;
- potato starch – one tbsp;
- milk – 50 ml;
- cheese – 30 g;
- tomato – ½ pcs;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- salt, pepper.
Preparation of the salad:
In a deep bowl break a chicken egg. Pour a tablespoon of potato starch and pour milk over the components. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir the ingredients with a whisk
. Send the mixture to a heated frying pan with vegetable oil. Cook on both sides.
The crab sticks and half of the tomato are cut into small cubes

Cheese is rubbed on a fine grater.
Add the egg pancakes cut in any shape.
Dress with mayonnaise and pepper to taste.
Decorate with dill.
