Ingredients:
- chicken thighs – 2 pcs;
- Adygea cheese – 150 g;
- pineapples – 100 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation:
Cooked chicken thighs cut into small cubes and mix with a sauce of garlic and mayonnaise. Put the chicken layer first, chop pineapples finely.
Put pineapples on the chicken layer, smear with mayonnaise. Rub cheese on the pineapple layer, smear with mayonnaise.
Separate yolks from whites, for the salad we take only whites

Grate the whites on a coarse grater and sprinkle them on the salad. Smear the top of the salad with mayonnaise net.
