Simple vegetable salads with boiled chicken – this is a great way to deliciously and healthily fill the table for dinner. Let’s tell you how to prepare a simple salad “Gluttony” for an appetizer.

Ingredients for salad “Gluttony”:

  • chicken fillet – 400 g;
  • water – 1.5 liters;
  • salt – tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
  • onions – 250 g;
  • carrots – 300 g;
  • pickles – 300 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • parsley – 10 g;
  • black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • lemon juice – tbsp;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.

Preparation of salad “Gluttony”:

Fill chicken fillet with water, salt and cook for 25 minutes. Then cool the chicken fillet in the broth

. Cut onions

into

thin feathers and fry in a couple of spoons of vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater and fry for 5-6 minutes in vegetable oil.

Cut pickles into small bars, crush and chop garlic

Mix garlic and pickles in a salad bowl.

Cut chicken fillet

into

small pieces and put it in the salad with the pickles
