Ingredients for salad “Gluttony”:
- chicken fillet – 400 g;
- water – 1.5 liters;
- salt – tsp;
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- onions – 250 g;
- carrots – 300 g;
- pickles – 300 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- parsley – 10 g;
- black pepper – ½ tsp;
- lemon juice – tbsp;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of salad “Gluttony”:
Fill chicken fillet with water, salt and cook for 25 minutes. Then cool the chicken fillet in the broth
. Cut onions
into
thin feathers and fry in a couple of spoons of vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater and fry for 5-6 minutes in vegetable oil.
Cut pickles into small bars, crush and chop garlic
