Ingredients for zucchini cutlets:
- Zucchini – 1 pc;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Potatoes – 1 pc;
- Chicken stuffing – 500 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ⅔ tsp;
- Black pepper – ⅓ tsp;
- Garlic – 1 clove;
- Parsley – 20 g;
- semolina – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of zucchini cutlets:
Grate zucchini, onions and peeled potatoes on large grating teeth. To the vegetable mixture put the minced chicken, break a couple of eggs.
Also to the minced
meat
pour salt and ground black pepper, squeeze through the press garlic clove.
Stir all the ingredients into a single
mass,
sprinkle
with
semolina
.
Leave the mixture for 20 minutes until the semolina swells. Do not forget to cover the mass with a lid
