Ingredients for cookies:
- Flour – 260 g;
- Kefir – 100 ml;
- Sugar – 2 tbsp;
- Vegetable oil – 60 ml;
- Egg – 1 pc;
- Baking powder – 1 tsp;
- Vanilla – a pinch;
- Salt – a pinch;

- Sugar – 1.5 tbsp.
Cookie preparation:
In a bowl break eggs, beat together with salt and granulated sugar.
Pour
the kefir, vegetable oil and vanilla
into the mixture. Pour ½ of the flour and baking powder into the egg mixture, knead a thick dough.
Pour the rest of the flour into the dough,
knead
the dough with your hands. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer.
Sprinkle the dough with sugar and divide it into small squares.
Cover a baking tray with parchment and place the squares of dough.
Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
