Ingredients for cottage cheese cookie dough:

  • egg – pcs;
  • flour – 250 g;
  • sugar – 100 g;

  • kefir – 100 ml;

  • butter – 100 g.

  • cottage cheese – 250 g;
  • semolina – one tbsp;
  • sugar – 30 g;
  • sour cream – tsp;
  • egg – pcs.

Preparation of cottage cheese cookies:

With the help of a mixer, mix to a lush mass egg with vanilla and classic sugar and salt.

Add

and continue to beat with the mixer until homogeneous.

Add the kefir to the mixture and mix. Gradually sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead a pliable and not sticky dough.

While the dough freezes for 20 minutes in the refrigerator under cellophane, we need to prepare the filling. Pass cottage cheese through a sieve to create a lump-free mass.

Add sugar, protein and sour cream to the cottage cheese mass and mix. Pour semolina into the curd filling, mix the ingredients again.

Roll the dough into a layer 7-8 mm thick, cut out small shapes from it with a special mold or a glass. Re-form the remaining dough into a block, roll it out and cut out shapes.
