For preparation you will need the following ingredients:
- sweet peppers, 1.5 kg;
- tomatoes, 1.3 kg;
- garlic, 10 cloves;
- salt, 40 g;
- sugar, 120 g;
- peppercorns, 15 pcs;
- vinegar, 9%, 70 ml;
- vegetable oil, 100 ml;
- hot pepper.
Cooking process
Bulgarian peppers choose fleshy, so that the pickled vegetables turned out more dense and tasty.
Cut the pepper into 2 – 4 parts.
Tomatoes are chopped to a puree in any convenient way.
Tomato mix with vegetable oil, sugar and salt, peppercorns, vinegar.
Bring to a boil, throw the pepper in parts, so that it does not overcook

Tip: if you like soft peppers, cook for 15 minutes, more dense – 7 minutes.
Add garlic and boil.
In sterilized jars throw a couple of garlic cloves, lay the peppers tightly, pour the tomato.
Screw on the lids, turn the jars and wrap until cool.
