Cakes are a form of ceremonial baking that has gained popularity all over the world. The culture of consuming sweets has been so strongly cultivated that it has become a panacea for society.
For example, desserts were not valued in Asia until the 20th century. Their relevance came to Japan and China from Europe and America. This trend can be traced by anime. In later works, drawings of cakes and pastries appeared.
Now cakes from stores have become not very tasty and useful. They contain a lot of dyes and other unpleasant additives.
Therefore, let’s prepare a homemade cake without baking cakes.
Ingredients for the cake:
- Cookies – 200 g;
- Banana – pcs;
- Jam – 150 g;
- Cream 33% – 500 ml;
- Condensed milk – 100 ml;

Cake preparation:
Lay ½ of the cookies on the bottom of a mold with high sides. Put a layer of cookies in a chaotic order, leaving gaps. Put jam in the gaps.
Peel the banana and cut into thin circles. Beat with a mixer in a separate bowl cold cream, gradually add condensed milk.
Pour ⅓ of the cream over the layer of cookies and jam

Pour ⅓ of the bananas over the cream layer, cover with the buttercream.
Place cookies on the cream layer, fill the gaps with jam again.
Put the second part of banana slices on the cookies, fill the surface with the rest of the cream. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator until it hardens.
The cake can be colored, for this purpose we add a drop of food coloring to a part of the cream. You can also decorate the cake with fruits and berries after hardening.
