Ingredients for potato casserole:

Cut quarter rings of onions. Peel the potatoes from the skin. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and

Fry the potatoes and onions for 15 minutes on medium heat.

Fry the mixture for 10 minutes on medium heat under a lid. Next, turn the casserole with the help of a flat plate with oil to the non-fried side.

Fry the second side for about 2-3 minutes and place on a plate.
