A casserole is a delicious dish that is baked in the oven. Generally, casseroles are made from different ingredients, be it meat, vegetables, mushrooms and other foods. pancakes.
Ingredients of the batter for pancake casserole:
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- sugar – 10 g;
- salt – 2 g;
- milk – 200 ml;
- flour – 200 g;
- melted butter – 50 g;
- warm water – 100 ml.
Ingredients for the filling:
- potatoes – 600 g;
- salt – 10 g;
- onion – pcs;
- mushrooms – 450 g;
- salt – 2 g;
- black pepper – 2 g;
- hot milk – 50 ml.
Ingredients for frying:
- onion – 1 pc;
- carrot – 1 pc;
- sweet pepper, orange – 1 pc;
- sweet pepper, red – 1 piece;
- tomato paste – 100 g;
- salt – 5 g;
- sugar – 10 g;
- sweet paprika – 5 g;
- mozzarella – 60 g.
Preparation of pancake casserole:
For frying, chop finely onions, grate carrots on a coarse grater and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until soft. Cut small pieces of peppers, clean them from the insides beforehand
. Put the peppers to the onions and carrots, fry. Put tomato paste to the vegetables, mix.
Salt the roast, sprinkle with sweet paprika and sugar.
Stew vegetables on low heat under a lid for 10 minutes. Spread some of the roast into a baking dish.
To prepare the pancakes, break the eggs, pour salt and sugar into a bowl and beat until the grains of sand dissolve.
Pour milk and warm water into the mixture, pour in the flour.
Knead the liquid pancake batter without lumps, then pour in the melted butter.
Fry the pancakes in a frying pan over medium heat

Cut peeled potatoes into small slices, boil for 15 minutes. Knead the potatoes in a separate bowl, salt and pour in milk, turn into mashed potatoes.
Dice small onions, fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil until lightly golden. Cut mushrooms into small cubes and add them to the onions, getting rid of excess moisture. Fry
the mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper.
Put the stuffing on the pancakes, spread an even layer on the surface.
Roll each pancake into a tube and place it on the fried food in the mold.
On the pancake layer put the rest of the fry, spread an even layer. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it on the top of the future casserole.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
