Ingredients for the casserole:
- potatoes – 9 pcs;
- minced meat – 600 gr;
- flour – 2 tbsp;
- tomato puree – 250 ml;
- eggs – pcs;
- onion – pcs;
- carrots – 2 pcs;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- butter – 30 g;
- cheese – 50 g;
- peas – 150 g;
- rosemary, thyme;
- pepper, salt;
- olive oil.
Preparation of the casserole:
Peel the potatoes and do not coarsely chop them. Send to boil in a saucepan. Salt and cook until soft.
Chop the red onion finely
