Ingredients for stewed pollock:
- Pollock – 700 g;
- Onion – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of stewed pollock:
Cut onions into half rings. Remove the fins, head and tail from the fish, remove the insides along with the black film. Otherwise the black film will be bitter
. Cut the pollock into small pieces. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, lay the fish on the bottom, sprinkle with onions and salt.
Cover the pollock with a lid, on a fire below medium, stew for 15 minutes.
The fish stews in its own juice and in the juice of the onions.
