Ingredients for Jewish cutlets:
- minced chicken – 500 g;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- eggs – 4 pcs.
Preparation of Jewish cutlets:
Eggs should be carefully divided into yolks and whites. Put the yolks to the minced meat, salt and thoroughly mix the meat mass.
Whites should be beaten with a mixer until you get a white foam with stable peaks

Introduce the proteins into the mince, gently mixing the ingredients.
From the meat mass form small cutlets. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on each side until browned.
In the mince you can add your favorite spices and herbs to give additional flavor notes to the cutlets.
This dish goes well with rice, bulgur, pasta and potatoes.
