Which do you prefer more – fish or meat? It is difficult to give an unambiguous answer to this question, as both fish and meat products are different. It all depends on the products offered. For example, few people will be able to resist salmon fillet
. However, even if you do not cook dishes from expensive fish, it can turn out quite tasty. The main thing is to know the right recipes for cooking. Then any fish meat will be juicy and delicious.
Let’s give a recipe for cooking juicy fish in a skillet.
Ingredients for fried fish:
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- butter – 50 g;
- onions – 400 g;
- baking soda – on the tip of a tsp;
- fish fillet – 600 g;
- salt – to taste;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of fried fish:
Clean the fish from the bones, innards, head and tail. Divide the fillet into small pieces, salt, sprinkle to taste with ground black pepper and seasoning for fish.
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil and melt butter

Cut onions into quarter rings, put them in the pan. Fry the onion until transparent and golden color.
Pour baking soda to the onion, mix thoroughly. Turn the onion into a mush, put the fish in the onion puree. Fry the fish under a lid for 10 minutes on minimum heat.
Turn the fillets to the second side, pour sour cream into the fish. You can replace the sour cream with cream.
If desired, sprinkle the fish with chopped dill or parsley. Cover with a lid and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
