Nowadays, quite a lot of information is known about cutlets. Every housewife and novice cook can get a recipe for these or those cutlets on the Internet.

However, such conveniences did not possess cooks of the past. Then it was necessary to experiment with the creation of new dishes. For example, cutlets from France did not take root in our country. Therefore, other cutlets were invented – from minced meat.

We want to tell you how you can prepare cutlets from a minimum number of products.

Ingredients for cutlets:

  • minced meat – 1,5 kg;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • baton – ½ pc;
  • water – 300 ml;
  • salt – 2 tsp.

Preparation of cutlets:

Pass together with meat through a meat grinder onion.
