Baked chicken leg rolls are a delicious and nutritious dish that can become a decoration of any table. The rolls are easy to prepare, and can be adapted to different tastes and dietary preferences.

Ingredients:
- chicken thighs – 8 pcs;
- mushrooms – 250 g;
- cheese – 120 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- paprika – 1 tsp;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- salt – tbsp;
- butter;
- olive oil – 2 tbsp;
- dried thyme – ½ tsp;
- soy sauce;
- honey;
- sweet chili sauce;
- turmeric.
Preparation of baked chicken rolls:
Rinse and lightly dry the chicken legs, remove the bones from them. Mix salt with paprika, black pepper, press garlic cloves into the mixture,
pour olive oil
into the mixture and
mix thoroughly

Put the chicken legs under food wrap and beat them with a hammer.
Coat each chop with the mixture of paprika, salt and garlic.
Place the chops in a deep container, stack the greased parts on top of each other.
Marinate the chops under food foil for 15 minutes. At this time, finely chop the onion, fry it in a mixture of vegetable and butter oil for 5-7 minutes.
Finely chop the mushrooms, add to the onions and continue to fry. Add dried thyme to the onion and mushroom mixture.
Put the mushrooms and onions in a separate bowl, grate cheese and chop parsley. Put the stuffing on the greased side of each chop, roll up into rolls.
Put the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment. To prevent the stuffing from falling out you can pin the rolls with toothpicks.
Bake the dish at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
For the sauce, combine honey, sweet chili and turmeric in soy
sauce. Smear the sauce on the ready rolls of chicken legs, and then send them back into the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
