Ingredients:
- Tomatoes – 2 kg;
- Water – 2 liters;
- Salt – 10 tsp;
- Sugar – 20 tsp;
- Dill sprigs;
- Stalks of celery;
- Garlic – 1 head;
- Peppercorns;
- Laurel leaf;
- Vinegar 9% – 160 ml.
Preparation of pickled tomatoes without peel:
In a large container, lay the dill umbrellas. Cut small plates of celery stalk and put on the bottom.
Pass garlic cloves through the press and put also on the bottom of the container. In each tomato make a cross cut, put in the previously prepared boiling water.
In boiling water keep tomatoes for a minute, and then take out and remove the skin. Put the tomatoes in a container with dill sprigs
