Let’s prepare homemade delicious tortillas
Ingredients:
- Water – 370 ml;
- Salt – 1 tsp;
- Flour – 400 g;
- Potatoes – 400 g;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
- Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- Onion – 1 pc;
- Ground meat – 350 g;
- Green onion – a bundle.
Preparation of tortillas:
In a skillet heat water, add salt and flour. Knead the dough in the boiling water with a spatula. Then transfer the dough to a table, grease with vegetable oil and knead until smooth and homogeneous.
Leave the dough under cellophane for 30 minutes

Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes
, cut onions into quarter rings, fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Then add minced meat to the onions, fry together until ready.
Potatoes at this time cook until soft. Knead the potatoes, mix with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the meat stuffing to the mashed potatoes, mix.
Chop green onions, mix with the stuffing and form large balls – 9 pieces.
