One of the healthiest foods that costs little and is available in every store is oatmeal. Oatmeal flakes contain a lot of nutrients such as vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, E, K, PP, minerals – potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and others, antioxidants and fiber. Ingredients for recipe #1:
- Oat flakes – 200 g;
- Cabbage – 200 g;
- Water;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Homemade yogurt – 4 tbsp;
- Parsley – a pinch;
- Leeks;
- Parmesan.
Preparation of oat cake:
Shinkle the cabbage finely, put it in a pot and fill it completely with water. Salt the cabbage and cook until tender.
Mix in a separate bowl eggs with homemade yogurt, salt and ground black pepper. Chop leeks and parsley finely and add to the egg and yogurt mixture.
Add cabbage to the mixture, separating it from the water beforehand

Pour the ground oatmeal into the mixture, knead the dough. Spread
the dough into the pan, rub the parmesan on top. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the pie until golden.
When one side of the pie is browned, use a flat plate to transfer the other side to the bottom and fry under the lid.
You get a hearty oatmeal pie. If desired, you can add green onions instead of leeks to the pie.

- Oat flakes – 200 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp;
- Green onions – a bunch;
- Avocado oil;
- Mozzarella.
Preparation of oatmeal pancakes:
In the bowl of a blender, we grind oat flakes, break eggs to them, salt. Again beat oatmeal with eggs,
pour
the thick dough into a bowl.
Pour yogurt into the dough, stir. Chop the green onions finely and add to the dough. Fry small oatmeal fritters in a frying pan with avocado oil.
Grate coarse grated mozzarella and sprinkle the cheese on the tops of the fritters. Fry the fritters on all sides until golden.
The resulting fritters are browned, flavorful oatmeal fritters. Avocado oil can also be substituted for olive oil in the recipe.

- zucchini – pcs;
- salt – a pinch;
- oat flakes – 4 tbsp;
- cheese – 100 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- black pepper – a pinch.
Preparation of zucchini pie:
Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze from excess moisture and sprinkle with salt. Again squeeze zucchini from juice, mix with shredded oatmeal.
Grate cheese and add to oatmeal and zucchini together with eggs, mix. Sprinkle the dough with black pepper and place
on a parchment lined baking tray. Smooth the dough over the entire surface of the tray. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
On such a thin pie you can put cheese and vegetables, it will turn out to be a pizza. This is a great option for breakfast.

- Oat flakes – 200 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Yogurt – 3 tbsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Red pepper – a pinch;
- Italian herbs;
- Mozzarella;
- Parsley – a bunch;
- Avocado oil.
Preparing the oatmeal tortillas:
We grind the oatmeal to the state of flour. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, add yogurt, salt, a pinch of red pepper and Italian herbs, mix.
Pour the egg mixture into the blender with the oatmeal and beat until slightly thick. Chop the parsley and coarsely grate the mozzarella.
Grease a skillet with avocado oil and pour ½ of the batter onto the surface in an even layer. Sprinkle the cheese and herbs over the dough and pour the rest of the dough over it.
Fry the flatbread on both sides until browned.
You can sprinkle the top of the flatbread with the remaining cheese and fry with the cheese cap. This makes a hearty dinner or lunch of cheesy oatmeal tortillas.
