Ingredients for apple fritters:
- egg – pcs;
- sugar – 2 tbsp;
- milk – 200 ml;
- vegetable oil – tbsp;
- flour – 380 g;
- leavening agent – 10 g;
- apples – 2 pcs.
Preparation of apple fritters:
Break eggs into a bowl, pour granulated sugar, beat with a whisk until the grains of sand are dissolved. Pour milk and vegetable oil into the egg mixture, stir.
Sift 250 grams of flour into the mixture, combine with salt and baking powder, knead the dough.
