It is necessary to simply chop products and lay them out on a baking tray. Of course, you can complicate the casserole and make a restaurant serving. However, for dinner after work, it is worth it just to make a quick dinner.
Let’s tell you how to make a meat hearty casserole.
Ingredients for meat casserole:
- onion – 500 g;
- pork neck – 2 kg;
- salt – 5 g;
- black pepper – 5 g;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- potatoes – 900 g;
- cheese – 200 g;
- Greek yogurt – 100 g;
- mayonnaise – 150 g;
- mustard seeds – 50 g;
- black pepper – 3 g.
Preparation of meat casserole:
Cut onions into half-rings and lay them on the baking tray in an even layer. Cut small pieces of pork neck and put on the onion pillow
. Salt and pepper the meat, pour vegetable oil and mix. Peel potatoes and cut into thin plates,
overlap the potato plates on the meat mass.
Grate cheese on a coarse grater and pour it on the potato layer. In a separate container, mix Greek yogurt with sour cream and mustard. Spread
the sauce on the cheese layer and distribute evenly.
Cover the casserole with parchment and seal with foil.
Bake the dish at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 8 minutes.
