Ingredients for candy:
- cottage cheese – 300 g;
- chocolate – 180 g.
Candy preparation:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Pour the homogeneous thick chocolate to the cottage cheese at room temperature and whisk thoroughly with an immersion blender. You can also rub the mixture through a sieve if you don’t have a blender.
Cover the dessert mold with cling film and place the curd mixture inside.
Cover the top of the dessert with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
